   I see how much FEMA has learned since the two hurricanes hit   
   here........10 hour waits for water..........geezum.  I think they are   
   confused on the M in their name.  Can we say Messed up, Muck up?  Sure is   
   not Management.   
      
   Floridians better make sure FEMA is not turning away Red Cross and   
   Salvation Army volunteers, telling them there is no way into the effected   
   areas.   I sincerely hope they learned that lesson.
