   That really stunned me a bit, if I am even capable of being stunned   
   anymore.   
      
   I mean, I can understand not leaving, but *not* stocking up, that makes   
   no sense to me at all.  Floridians are much more accustomed to dealing   
   with hurricanes.  I would think ppl would even stock up more, after the   
   mess with Katrina.   
      
   I just finished the last of my bottled water stash from Katrina
