   I finally finished putting the outside lights in place.  Now   
   to finish decorating the tree.  We will be doing a pot luck   
   Christmas dinner this year with some of our neighbors.   
      
   Our sometimes misunderstood and very humorous paper here,   
   titled an article; "Congress can go scrooge themselves,   
   we're celebrating".  And so the people did.   
      
   We have lights on the blue tarps, the FEMA trailers, (those   
   that are fortunate to already have one), decorations on the   
   refrigerators on the curbs.  I have not been to the deadzone   
   lately to see if the mile high debris areas are decorated,   
   but I'm sure someone will do something as there are a lot of   
   creative minds here.   
      
   It's good to see humor still alive in Nola, and it goes to   
   prove the point that it could always be worse.
