Tourism; no conventions, Harrah's still closed, tours of the disaster zones.
Under 2000 businesses reopened. 21% percent of restaurants reopened with
limited hours and limited menus. 10K hotel rooms open, not sure if that
includes the rooms occupied by FEMA.

French Quarter never flooded, but not everything is open. However the midnight
   curfew was recently lifted there.

Cruise ships, well we have a permanently docked one that houses police, fireman
and other essential personal that lost their homes.
