I think so, yeah. Unless they ask to go to school, then that's what we'd do.
I can't really see that happening though, they enjoy things the way they
are. India (9) went to school for 2 and 1/2 years and it was OK, but she
prefers Home Ed. Trin (6) has never been, and Pagyn (3) won't either. What's
becoming more popular here is for them to sit some GCSEs at 14 and then go
straight in to college for 2 years, which is when they'd usually be able to
   leave school.

   Hats off to you

I didn't even know it was legal until I started researching online to try
and find a way to get the education department to give India a local school
place when we moved. They wanted her to go to a really dreadful school
outside our area. I found out she didn't have to go at all and I could teach
her at home, and decided to do this for 9 months until the new local school
was built. We didn't look back then, none of us wanted her to go back to
   school after we'd started!

We have an excellent elementary and middle school system here,

   Good for you!!

We got into an online system--Thompson Direct. She started by going to a

Wow! That's excellent! Aren't you glad you took her out?!

This seems to happen a lot - the stress of school is removed and the
   children lose their symptoms.
