   Indeed it does Carolyn. The stereotypical 'homeschooled' image of a child   
   that never leaves the home and is tied to the kitchen table with workbooks   
   is just not true. There's also the Internet of course, lots of Home Educated   
   children socialise and discuss all kinds of things on here.   
   I think the main problem here is that Kevin is separating what he sees as   
   educational discussion and social discussion. I don't see a divide between   
   the two at all, they overlap.
