From: DominicandCaitlinsDad@comcast.net              The thing is I don't disagree with you Kevin, I *know* it's possible to       educate a child in school, I've seen it happen often enough. I just wanted       you to understand that it's perfectly feasible out of school too, I've also       seen that happen (obviously you haven't).              June, I have seen it happen, just not often and not consistently. I've also       read many US reports on the success and it isn't always so positive. I have       to admit I've NEVER read any reports from your geographic area. I would       pull my child from school if I saw too many negative aspects that couldn't       be fixed in a timely manner. That isn't saying I'd go straight to HE       though. For one, I can't be home to do it. My partner could do it, but we       both agree that we'll cross that bridge if and when we need to. We both       prefer the public school system. It wasn't always a positive place for me       growing up (being gay), but I did receive a good strong education.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
