   He is too late to qualify for the ballot.   
   He is not a California citizen.   
   He does not have a political platform.   
      
   Of course this recall election is turning out to be a three ring circus,   
   maybe he could provide the animals, since we already have the entertainment   
   and media people on the ballot.   
      
   I think Beak should run, he resided in California for a short period of time   
   and would do more than most would.  At least he would poop on the bad   
   legislation.   
      
   No one really has a platform of what they are going to do to fix our   
   mounting problems, but I am sure Larry Flint or Mary Carry would know about   
   mounting problems.   
      
   Although I did like Gallagher's thoughts, if he is elected he wants to   
   recede from the nation and become an independent country and then ask the US   
   to bail California out by filing for foreign aid, at least he is being   
   creative.   
      
   Debbie, who lives about an hour away from the capital and is already tired
