   I think he could 'claim' he uses some sort of property in California to be   
   on the ballot..?  I'm certain there is a Four Season Hotel in California   
   too.... in any case I am wondering why I am debating this issue as I hope Ty   
   Warner chokes on a PVC pellet.... : )
