   Pres Bush declared 9/11 Patriot's Day either on 9/11/01 or 9/11/02.   
   Don't get me wrong, I like and respect Pres Bush; but a lot, or at   
   least some, of what he says is kind of trite. He needs to polish up   
   his communication skills.   
      
   If only he can be a little bit like Bill Clinton, now there's a
