   lost my job of 11 years in Oct....took advantage of the local tremendous   
   real estate boom and sold my house and move to florida!  Paid off my   
   debts, well technically I have to pay rent each month...so not totally   
   debt free... and capital gains taxes will be rathar large this year ;)   
   I hope to buy a place in a year or so.  So my secret was luck?
