   Those are ceramic resistors and it is not unusual that they heat up.   
      
   There are no ceramic capacitors used in jukes - they are only used in   
   high voltage/frequency transmitters...   
      
   Your amp most likely requires a recap - check Vern Tisdale's site for   
   kits and info.
