   I agree that he does NOT list "as is" in his auction, but...  His picture   
   just shows some records laying on a table and not in jackets.  Personally,   
   if I saw that, I wouldn't expect them to be shipped in jackets.  I can't   
   agree that it would be a surprise to receive them not in jackets.   
      
   He DOES list them as very good to excellent, and IMO, ANY records not in a   
   jacket cannot be considered as such.   
      
   Sorry to say, I say that the problem is 60-40 here.  He was wrong to list   
   them as "very good to excellent condition," but you were wrong to assume   
   that they would have been shipped in jackets.   
      
   Just my take on it...  I'm not blasting or flaming you at all for this.   
   Just saying to be a little more careful next time.
