Hi John. It worked.  Communicator gaps were completely plugged up and all the   
   inside was very dirty, i could not believe it! Cleaned it up like you   
   suggested, reassembled everything and it is working great! I even cleaned up   
   the gripper motor while I was    
   at it and even that works stronger and smoother now. No more blowing   
   fuses.......
