Swapped out the 5U4 and filed (cleaned) out connector holes for speaker and   
   amp,  5U4 still does not light up or output any high voltage.    
      
   All voltages appear good except going in and out of 5U4. So I think it has to   
   be the transformer. I'm getting 44vac out of 4 wires and 0v out of another   
   from the power transformer, that cant be right. Any one know of a different   
   way to test the amplifier    
   power transformer or have a spare one to sell? Schematic says its a 18594   
   power transformer.   
      
   Any help would be greatly appreciated.
