   Need help aligning gripper arm on our 1997 Rock Ola CD8B. The gripper arm is   
   hanging up on the back side of the CD's and on the CD player. Any help would   
   be greatly appreciated.    
      
   Also, where is the best place to purchase the straight bubbler tubes and the   
   replacement plastic pilasters and the upper curved outer plastic pieces? I   
   have read some experiences by others who had to try and locate the replacement   
   parts and the    
   ridiculous shipping charges.
