Is there anyplace on the TSU to test the voltages, while tubes are in, and   
   TSU is attached to juke?   
      
   I just test at the components themselves.   
      
   For instance, on the readout diagram I would check for the R-O voltage of   
   approx 300vdc on Pin 7 of high 0A2 where the 2.7K resistor connects to it.   
      
   If the machine is in reasonably good condition and you are comfortable   
   working  "hot chassis" -that is the fastest method of troubleshooting.
