   I've learned alot on this one but cant figure this out.  Both electromagnets   
   work when I apply power.  Only one of them energizes and pulls a pin.  Not an   
   alignment problem it's not getting the signal to pull the pin.  The arm is   
   turning to the right    
   location.  contacts are clean.  What am I missing?
