have nsm  floor model that after it plays cd it puts it back then  the pickup   
   goes to bottom for a moment then stop up near last played cd  and  give code   
   72 if you unplug it goes to bottom and works right for next cd  after it   
   plays  it dose same error,    
   has  white player in it
