I have a Rock-Ola 490-1 and the system 2 control unit operating manual. The   
   control unit cycles thru the service modes but I can't load the record   
   magazine as indicated in the manual. In addition, I can't seem to make the   
   playing mechanism work at all. I    
   need some coaching on what to do, where to look, what to try. Any help would   
   be greatly appreciated.
