   I would just buy another pulse amp. A fair price would be about $25.00.   
   Simple green is ok to clean the pulse amp. In order for it to cut the   
   Nicotine build up you might have to use it full strength. rinse it out   
   using warm water and put it in front of a fan to dry it out. Once the   
   core in the pulse transformer is cracked it just will non work reliably   
   anymore.
