I've got a 100C that was working perfectly until it was switched off during   
   playback.  On powering back up, the disc is on the platter but the mech will   
   not return it to the magazine.  All status lights are OK, no errors listed in   
   SERVICE MODE.  The    
   CANCEL button on the mech control will not spin the magazine.  All disc   
   selections are cancelled and an attempt at initialization, whether full or   
   individual is likewise cancelled.  Display shows FREE, not OUT OF ORDER.  If I   
   return the disc to the    
   magazine manually it doesn't change anything.  Is this a faulty mech control   
   board?
