   I've been asked to repair one, presumably similar to one of these

   Is there any technical info on that site, java problem accessing it if   
   there is, even if behind a paywall? or any other site?   
   At the moment its still fixed to a wall and no one seems to know more   
   precisely what is wrong with it , it should end up in my hands in the   
   next week
