|    Rock-Ola wiring question    |
|    07 Jan 16 08:05:39    |
From: ebuturla@gmail.com              I have a Rock-Ola 490-1 and the unit keeps blowing a transistor in the power       distribution assembly. I thought there might be a short in the wiring so I was       checking all the output blocks of the power distribution assembly so I could       look downstream for a        short. I noticed a problem in the 15 pin Red Molex that feeds the       mech-cpu-power cable 54906-A On the power supply side, a brown-white wire       comes into pin 6 but on the output side, there is no brown-white wire going       downstream. There does not appear to        be a brown-white wire loose in the unit. If you have a 490, please check your       unit to see if your Red Molex has a brown-white line on the distribution and       if so, where does it go to.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
