   Hi,   
      
   I have on my hands 2 records, one of them one-sided, of a local East   
   German dance band. The labels are hand-written; the printed part doesn't   
   name the label but the material: Decelith, an East German trade name for   
   PVC. Since there is no speed information, I suppose they play at 78 rpm.   
      
   Does anybody have any idea what these are exactly and if they have any   
   value beyond personal memories (deceased forebear who played in the band)?
