   This is an ILLEGAL (in the US) chain letter and also a violation of PayPal   
   rules.   
   The problem is - paypal does not have any method of reporting such crap!   
   If you send it to the usual addresses (abuse, spoof, etc) they merely send   
   back   
   a form letter stating the e-mail did not come from them.   
      
   Does ANYONE know a real method of reporting this garbage?   
   They should loose their PayPal accounts at once.
