   If there is a local paper like the Recycler in LA, put an ad   
   offerring them free to a record collector who will come and   
   box them and take them away. Otherwise, see if there is a   
   local library or charity group that would like them. Records   
   from the depression are generally valuable, but I would bet   
   most of the records are wartime and later, which are worth   
   very little.
