   Yes, you can sell them.  We could get into some philosophical or legal   
   discussion over who owns your record, but it's safe to say that   
   realistically speaking, you won't be prosecuted.  These things get sold all   
   the time on eBay, but if someone points out to them folks that there's a   
   promo listed for sale, they'll probably just remove it.
