   Hi there,   
      
   Can anyone tell me why in the early to mid 80s that certain record companies   
   (like Epic, Innervision, Rocket, etc) printed plastic as well as paper   
   record label on the 7" singles? Did it have something to do with the   
   re-printing of the singles? Is there any difference in the rarity between   
   the two? I've been posting this question around on the contemporary forums   
   with little success. Any ideas?
