XPost: alt.music.dance, alt.music.warp-records, rec.music.collecting.vinyl       XPost: rec.music.marketplace.vinyl       From: rr005a7165@blueyonder.co.uk              Hi        One idea might be to buy the vinyl and then get hold of someone that has       decks, amp and something to record to (either straight to your pc or a       device that you can later connect to your pc). I use sound recorder that       records it as a wav file (though i'm sure there is better software to be       had). Once you have the .wav file look up on a seach engine such as kazaa       for wav-mp3 converter (cdex is one of the popular ones) this will then       convert your .wav into mp3 format which then u can burn onto a cd. The       advantage of doing it this way is that you aren't breaking any copyright       laws as you brought the vinyl and you can also remix or reedit the track on       the computer before you burn onto a cd. Hope this helps              DJ Mas Drubs              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
