   I am a collector based in Traralgon Australia and have surplus used stamps   
   (mostly commemoratives) especially from the last ten years or so. and have   
   been trading overseas for some time.   
      
   I wish to trade on a bulk basis preferably ie: 100 to 1000 used stamps at a   
   time.   Or can supply limited amounts of better stamps. One off or on an
