   I found a neat worldwide stamp chat a few weeks ago but I cannot find it   
   again.  One should really bookmark web sites...   
      
   It used Parachat in a browser window.   
      
   Does anybody know the site I'm talking about?   
      
   If there are IRC rooms etc. on philately, I'm also interested.
