   in hingless mounts on US Postal Service Commemorative Stamp Club pages. Each

   description of the stamp as is common for the Commemorative Stamp Club.   
   There are 31 stamps   
      
   with a face value of 22 cents each...that's $6.82 postage value just for the   
   unused stamps!   
      
   The starting bid is just $6.00 which is below face value and there is NO
