   Virtual Stamp Club Computers In Philately Booth at Washington 2006 all   
   day Wednesday.   
      
   She'll also be previewing a new feature of likely interest to stamp   
   collectors. (It's not related, at least not directly, to commerce.)   
      
   This is eBay's only appearance at Washington 2006.
