   There are both Revenue Collectors and Revenue Catalogues, though perhaps not   
   in Indonesia.   
      
   Barefoot is the major one for the British areas.   
      
   It's called "Back Of The Book" collecting as (if listed) general catalogues   
   list these items at the 'back' of the regular postal issues.   
      
   FWIW, I've both revenue, telephone and telegraph issues in my study.
