   Techie found these unused words:

   >I recently acquired a large collection of stamps from a friend. I
   >don't know how many are in there, but I'm guessing there are a few
   >thousand (if not more!). They're just in envelopes, organized by
   >country. Many of them are common or modern stamps, but there are a few
   >older ones (pre-WWII). I want to keep these (the older or rarer ones),
   >and get rid of the others. How can I tell if a stamp is "old" if I
   >can't see the postmark on it? Is there a website where you can
   >identify stamps? Also, should I count all of the stamps and sell the
   >lot on eBay showing the number of stamps, or would it be better for me
   >to bring it into a philateny store?

Most libraries have some catalogues - I didn't name them as you didn't
   specify your country.

Start there ... local stamp club (if any), thenperhaps, IF you've found
something interesting - a stamp store. The common, is ... well, common!
