   It depends entirely on the condition of the item, and rarity-factor.   
   Dealers will offer less than collectors for most items - that's only   
   common sense!   
      
   There are no hard-and-fast formulas for this, all you can do is   
   look out for similar items in the auctions / sales - keep an eye on   
   the prices that they are selling for, and the start prices too.
