   Some people like to boast that they can find out anything about anyone   
   on the Internet. But if the reason is stamp collecting, should they?

   U.S. Seeks January Postal Increase   
   If approved, it would add 2¢ to the cost of mailing a letter or   
   postcard, an extra penny for additional ounces, and 8% more for   
   periodicals.   
      
   USPS Plans “Forevergreens”   
   This year’s non-religious Christmas stamps, showing different types of   
   evergreens, will be the first new Forever stamp designs since the rate   
   was instituted.
