   She contacts people who place ads, offering to trade   
   large quantities of used Canada commemmoratives,   
   for souvenir sheets and the like.   
      
   Her shipment contained what can be best described as "GARBAGE".   
   90% of the stamps were defective - either very heavy cancels,   
   or torn.   
      
   It appears she "salted" the glassines, with a few fair cancelled   
   stamps on top, the rest being unusable.   
      
   She refuses to answer emails, and also uses non-existent or   
   disconnected email addresses, such as : catz@yahoo.com.   
      
   I have lost over $400 on this scammer. BE WARNED.   
      
   Do not send JoAnn Pigeon, of Canada anything, before   
   you inspect her garbage..   
      
   The RCMP have quite a file on this fraudster!!
