   I would suggest looking in the Yellow Pages under "Stamps - Collectible"   
   or "Stamp Dealers".  Stamp stores seem to be a dying breed, but there   
   are still a few around.   
      
   As for a stamp album, I would suggest a stock book.  These come in   
   various sizes and have either glassine or mylar (registered tracemark of   
   someone) pockets on white or black cardboard pages.
