   This is a non-regulated newsgroup.  If someone causes offence to   
   the members they can choose to exclude the messages from that   
   individual from being downloaded.   
      
   Spam (as it is called) is notoriously hard to exclude, as it is often   
   sent from random addresses, and thus it is not possible to delete   
   every message.  You can, however, set up your browser to delete   
   messages containing some 'key' words or phrases.
