These guys are still around, but it seems like they don't care about
the users as much as they seem to think they do.

My friend and I will abandon ship ASAP and bring all of our clients
with us. I have started to move my e-mail accounts back to RR (meep
meep) and then stabilize a little.

This same friend has already migrated to a new web space and will
allow me to post graphics to it for a temporary solution to my eBay
problem. This is critical because I am losing $ each day and money's
tight right now. I'm subsidizing my income when there's no computer
   work with eBay sales.

Fortunately, I had the savvy to cover my auctions that ended a few
minutes ago with graphics and new e-mail addresses all around. No
doubt, I've lost a lot of potential bidders in the past 2 - 3 days.

This was the 3rd time they've gone down in a month and their
reliability sux. This was the first time I have gone through a major
   blowout with an ISP's carrier...

Anyway... I'll get through it, but it hasn't been much fun.

BTW - they'll get nothing but bad reviews and no new clients from me
until they show that they're reliable enough.

I also want a legitimate reason from them. If they don't, I'll post
it on my web site and everywhere I can about this "lack of concern"
   for their clientele.

Until then, I'll just bitch and moan. I think I can pout for a few
   days. :^) It sux.
