   "Rarity" doen't equal "Availability" or lack thereof.   
      
   If you love the inflated 'dealer' catalogue prices, then reality won't suit   
   you. Stamps are a commodity - ther higher the price, the more come out of   
   hording and prices slip back. Eventually they find the current "Market".   
      
   Condition and Desire are the two main factors for good prices - the rest is   
   ... !
