   I need some help here.  I have a cover, postmarked Jan 14, 1907 Seattle,   
   Wash, addressed to C. Millan, Alki Point, Wash.  It is marked UNCLAIMED,   
   RETURN TO WRITER and also has a CDS, Jan 22, 1907 from YOUM**TOWN, WASH.   
   There is a similar backstamp.  A previous holder of this cover penciled in   
   DPO with an arrow pointing to the CDS.   
      
   The "M" in cancel maynot be an M.  It could be something else.   
      
   Any Washington DPO specialist who can help me out with this?
