   OK, I'll bite.  why shouldn't it be?  Not knowing the degree of rarity on   
   this item I will still offer up that it is nice and clean and well centered.   
   A very good used example.   
      
   Most importantly, the seller believes he can get that much for it elsewhere   
   or that is how much he has to get out of it to get even.   
      
   But, your question is always a valid one.  There are always these factors   
   that dictate price: rarity, notarity/popularity, quality.  If you have all   
   three you have a saleable item.  Lacking any of the three you have a boat   
   anchor.
