   Today I was shown a copy of the US 2005 Lunar New Year Souvenir with   
   mis-aligned perforations on one side of the sheet.  The perforations   
   start at the edge of the paper so that each stamp is perforated right   
   down the middle - long way.  On the other side of the sheet, the   
   perforations are correctly in the white spaces surrounding the stamp.   
      
   Is there any information on how rare this item might be or what it's   
   value might be?
