   Plates 69, 70, 75, 126 and 128 (supposedly) even had the imprimatur   
   extra sheets destroyed.   
      
   Plate 53, SG40, may have been in that category once, but some 101   
   copies have now been found. Still ... unpriced in SG Spec.   
      
   Of the five (or so) sheets made to get 'the' imprimatur, the rest   
   normally made it into use. "Waste not ..."
