   Cold, rainy and I don't know the temp, but I think in the 40's.  Cold   
   for here. We haven't seen snow yet but I heard they had an inch in   
   Washington DC.  A lady we know that works there said it took her over   
   2 hours to get to work instead of 40 minutes because people don't know   
   how to drive in the snow.  Same here.  They HINTED at snow yesterday   
   and closed schools down before it snowed; but it never snowed.
