   summerfest is happening this year. I had to call about it because   
   nobody ever knows about this event.... it takes place on Norfolk Navy   
   Base.  Usually across the street from the rec center.  If you are not   
   allowed on base, you can most likely still go.  You have to get a   
   sticker at the base gate (they'll tell you to pull up the Pass and ID   
   and get a one day pass).   
      
   Not sure all who's gonna be there but a couple names were mentioned...   
   someone with the last name dockett?  Sean King, Luis Tiant and Mark   
   May were the ones I remember him saying.
