   Google it. Search for this:   
      
    drivers ("windows xp" OR winxp) "device model"   
      
   Make sure to replace "device model" with the actual info for your card. (For   
   example, I put "dwl-g520" for mine. YMMV.)   
      
   Alternately, I see that there appear to be 3 possible wireless cards for that   
   model (Atheros, Foxconn, and Intel) -- try the manufacturers' websites.
